As this year moves into the last month of 2024, I ask myself, where did the previous eleven months go? Is God speeding up time or am I just getting old? I guess I will never know.
The Bible has been read by billions of people, it is the best-selling book ever so should we even be surprised in these worrying days when sales of 'The Book Of Life' are going through the roof compared to other books?
This morning I read a post in the Wall St Journal that claims "Sales of Bibles Are Booming, Fueled by First-Time Buyers and New Versions Publishers". They attribute a 22% jump in Bible sales this year and they link this to —Rising anxiety, a search for hope, or highly focused marketing and designs. Worries about the economy, conflicts abroad and uncertainty over the election pushed readers toward the publication in droves.
22% against less than 1% . . .
Bible sales are up 22% in the U.S. through the end of October, compared with the same period last year, according to book tracker Circana BookScan. By contrast, total U.S. print book sales were up less than 1% in that period. “People are experiencing anxiety themselves, or they’re worried for their children and grandchildren,” said Jeff Crosby, president of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association. “It’s related to artificial intelligence, election cycles…and all of that feeds a desire for assurance that we’re going to be OK.
But, is this the real reason? Or is a 'DEVINE-TUG' from the Lord Himself behind the increase? All the clues below are the reason modern-day people are now desperately searching for the truth. But—God's Holy Spirit is also secretly tugging at people's hearts, tickling their ears and opening their eyes. A spiritual war is here, for the ones with eyes it can't be unseen.
The Bible itself tells us in Joel 2: The Day of the Lord 28:
“And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. 29 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
We are surely close to "those days." If not—in those days, mentioned in the Bible. In Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13 Jesus Himself warned us just how those days would unfold— Wars, rumours of wars, deception, nations rising against nations, and earthquakes in diverse places. Famines and sickness, signs of wonders in the heaven. (This year NOAA has recorded the record-busting number of X-Class Flares ever with a plethora of other heavenly phenomena on show such as comets and Aurora Borealis showing as far South as the Tropical skies)—Jesus called these signs "birth pains".
People's Attitudes Are Clearly Showing and it's not nice—Over-worldly people saturated by satan's deceptive spirit are revealing themselves everywhere—Human birth pains!
2Timothy 3:
3 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.
2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,
3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good,
4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.
7 always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.
8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected.
9 But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

Most Westerners, probably most of the world are living in the 21st century with suppressed immune systems brought on by their own desires. Obesity, diets rich in fat and sugar, processed foods, smoking, alcohol and drug consumption, medications, pollution, exposure to pesticides or industrial chemicals and radio-frequency radiation. Exposure to distorted sex and violence which is pushed into our faces at every turn. People are dying for a modern life. Our cells, proteins, and DNA are being damaged by a perceived happy and fulfilling Western lifestyle. Modern medicine is contributing to ageing and is also playing a role in the development of a range of health conditions. Sickness such as diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s are all on the rise and most importantly, our mental health is being compromised. In other words, we are killing ourselves and, these sicknesses are absolute—“The Mark Of The Beast!”

And then there is our only home . . . Planet Earth.
Back in the year 2017, we were told by scientists that by 2020 two thirds of all wild animals who once lived in the world will be dead. The world's primates faced an "extinction crisis" with 60% of species now threatened with extinction. However, the report claimed our leaders and experts could and would turn this disaster around.
Last month a new appraisal was released by the WWF: They claimed that wildlife populations are still plummeting. The 2024 Living Planet Index revealed the scale of the nature crisis. Between 1970 and 2020, the size of wildlife populations plummeted not by 60% as forecasted in 2017 but by 73% on average. This is based on almost 35,000 population trends across 5,495 species of amphibians, birds, fish, mammals and reptiles.
Regionally, the worst losses happened in Latin America (-95%). Freshwater species experienced the greatest decline – a shocking 85%.
Our planet is dying—In August, NOAA claimed was the 15th consecutive month of "record-setting global temperatures" and the second-lowest Antarctic sea ice extent again. The August global surface temperature was 2.29°F (1.27°C) above the 20th-century average of 60.1°F (15.6°C), making it the warmest August on record. This marks the 15th consecutive month of record-high global temperatures, which is itself a record. 2024 will be the hottest year ever by a mile but . . . 2023 was the hottest, also by a mile. As was in 2020 2019 and 2016.
But—2024 will be the wettest ever year, many parts the driest, it's not just heat, the world is crumbling. Yes, indeed, dying trees are needed to house the birds, insects and mammals that are disappearing at such a staggering amount. Climate change is also responsible for the unprecedented destruction of all species worldwide—Droughts, floods, storms, heatwaves, wildfires and devasting cold periods are suddenly causing billions of billions of deaths among innocent creatures. And the powers that be, they are well aware the problems are escalating, and not getting better, but they know they are decades too late to fix it.
I started blogging in 2008. I thought the world was going crazy back then, so I decided to document Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13 on The Big Wobble. Little did I know that by 2024, just 16 years later this world would be in such a mess as it is now and with every hour that passes the worse it becomes—Could we possibly survive another 16 years?
This is satan's deception, his system of things and his ways have caught up with everything. Everything is corrupted
