California is mirroring last summer's record-breaking heat-drought-wind-wildfire combination in Australia which destroyed 25% of temperate forest and killed or injured 3 billion animals. Comparisons are already becoming very clear, both fire seasons started early and both caused by the same problems, drought and record heat. Already in California over two million acres have been scorched with conditions expected to become worse in what is becoming an annual event.
Firefighters working in steep terrain through the night saved the tiny town of Shaver Lake from flames that roared down hillsides toward a marina. To the north, about 30 houses were destroyed in the remote hamlet of Big Creek. "About half the private homes in town burned down," Big Creek resident Toby Wait said. "Words cannot even begin to describe the devastation of this community. And it is a very close-knit community." An elementary school, church, library, historic general store and a major hydroelectric plant were spared in the community of about 200 residents, Wait told the Fresno Bee. Sheriff's deputies went door to door to make sure residents were complying with orders to leave.
Officials hoped to keep the fire from pushing west into rural towns along State Route 41 and possibly Yosemite National Park. The blaze dubbed the Creek Fire has charred more than 114 square miles (295 square kilometres) of timber after breaking out Friday. The 850 firefighters on the scene had yet to get any containment after three days of work in the sweltering heat. There was no official tabulation yet of structures lost.
On Saturday, rescuers in military helicopters airlifted 207 people to safety after flames trapped them in a wooded camping area near Mammoth Pool Reservoir northeast of Fresno. In Southern California, crews scrambled to douse several fires that roared to life in searing temperatures, including one that closed mountain roads in Angeles National Forest. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, or Cal Fire, said a fire in San Bernardino County called the El Dorado Fire started Saturday morning and was caused by a smoke-generating pyrotechnic device used by a couple to reveal their baby's gender.
A fire in the Angeles National Forest northeast of Los Angeles forced the evacuation of Mount Wilson Observatory. In eastern San Diego County, the Valley Fire broke had destroyed at least 10 structures after burning 16 square miles (41.44 square kilometres) and prompting evacuations near the remote community of Alpine in the Cleveland National Forest. Daytime temperatures in fire zones neared or exceeded triple digits.
Downtown Los Angeles reached 111 degrees (44 Celsius) on Sunday and a record-shattering high of 121 degrees (49.4 Celsius) was recorded in the nearby Woodland Hills neighbourhood of the San Fernando Valley. It was the highest temperature ever recorded in Los Angeles County, according to the National Weather Service. Meanwhile, downtown San Francisco set a record for the day with a high of 100 (37.7 Celsius) on Sunday, smashing the previous mark by 5 degrees.
The exceptionally hot temperatures were driving the highest power use of the year, and transmission losses because of wildfires have cut into supplies. The California Independent System Operator that manages the state's power grid warned that up to 3 million people could lose power Sunday if the if residents didn't curtail their electricity usage. About 7 p.m., the agency declared an emergency and said power outages were imminent because a transmission line carrying power from Oregon to California and another in-state power plant went offline unexpectedly. But about 8:30 p.m., the agency issued a tweet calling off the emergency "thanks to the conservation of Californians!." It said no power outages were ordered.
The weather forecast called for more heat Monday and the grid operators again urged people to conserve power between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.. when usage is highest. Cooler temperatures were expected Tuesday but the weather change also was expected to bring winds that could fan wildfires. Pacific Gas and Electric, the state's largest utility serving customers in Central and Northern California, warned customers that it might cut power starting Tuesday because of the increased fire danger. Some of the state's largest and deadliest fires in recent years have been sparked by downed power lines and other utility equipment.
All of Northern California has moderate to severe drought conditions. Cal Fire said 14,800 firefighters were battling 23 major fires in the state. California has seen 900 wildfires since Aug. 15, many of them started by an intense series of thousands of lightning strikes. The blazes have burned more than 1.5 million acres (2,343 square miles). There have been eight fire deaths and more than 3,300 structures destroyed.

The official narrative for Cal's wildfire conditions is said to be due to extreme drought deeming them a tinder box due to "a stubborn ridge of high pressure" that resides just off their coast for several years now. Must be that solar minimum unknown "thinks" is responsible for everything even though the truth it is from haarp on radar is clearly visible, and let's not forget all those lines in the sky we see planes spraying all over the world constantly of which has been photographed by numerous people all over the globe for many many years as well, and there are government patents for it, China openly admits to using it, it can snow at 50F degrees, and snow balls turn black and go on fire instead of melting. But that's just gov conspiracy right, even though we can see it.!?!?
But that's all nothing, right? It's normal to see sky spraying all the time right? So now these fires in California are from lightening strikes. How does lightening happen when there are no storm clouds, no rain, no clouds at all except for sprayed haze. So where did the lightening come from? Just saying.....
The trails are contrails, increased cosmic rays=increased cloud nucleation, you should check out svensmark the cloud mystery. Excellent documentary, from a great scientist. I'm not saying chemtrails don't exist at all, and yes I realize they do it to some degree, I just find it hard to believe every plane is loaded with chemicals spraying every day, the amount of resources and money that would take seems unlikely. Also seems unlikely they are shooting laser beams and starting fires, but who knows maybe they are. I believe there may be a more rationale explanation. And yes solar minimum does change our jet stream from a zonal to a meridional flow, it is well documented.
Lol lol, unknown you are funny. Do you proof read yourself I wonder? Ok buddy, so its cosmic Ray's creating CONtrails now! That's a new one, congratulations on your discovery of the ut most ridiculous propaganda yet as to what all those planes spraying the sky really are. Unbelieveable. This is why the world is going down. People are completely robbed of their ability to think rationally.
So when I see another few planes today with long dripping chemical CONtrail spray lines, I can rest assured that there is really no plane there, it's an illusion, and the sun's cosmic Ray's are creating what looks like a plane flying in the sky leaving a long spray line behind it, right?
And a scientist is saying this online? OMG!!
Thanks Gary for your on the spot reporting. .....
P.S.- Unknown, what kind of sun theory is causing thousands of lightening strikes that start huge fires in California now without storm clouds present and a dry hot pressure system at it's back? Curious but not really interested!
Good day!
Hawkeye your right on !!! I warn people here in Canada about chremtrail spraying every day and they look at me as if i had three heads. Unknown, please do me and yourself a favour, get yourself a pair of binoculars and look at the plane spraying chemtrails. You will see the four engines on the wings where, nothing is coming out of them. then look at the tail end of the plane ,thats Where the spray is coming out from. If it is contrails then it would have to come out from the engines on the wings as well. We are being lied to by evil people. Unknown, did you know that last year they had a live video of a tree in California burning from the inside out. How is that possible, how do you think that happened. This is for the people of the world who just can't grasp anything anymore. ISAIAH: 44 vs 18
