We are just over two months into 2023 and we have witnessed great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven." Not to mention, the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which is showing no sign of coming to end anytime soon. (Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom) I am of course quoting Luke 21:10,11.

We have seen 26 great earthquakes already this year, mag 6 or higher, which is one every 2.3 days so far. Now that may not sound like a lot—and it isn't by today's standards, the number is a little higher than normal, however, if you take the same period in 1903, just 2 major quakes had been recorded—1913, 11 major quakes had been recorded, 1923 only 13 had been recorded—1933, 14 major quakes, mag 6 or higher were recorded, in 1943, just 7, according to the USGS database. 

However, the incredibly powerful magnitude 7.8 quake which hit Turkey and Syria and the 400 or so aftershocks are disturbing not just for the number of deaths and damage they have caused but also for the location—Smack-bang in the middle of the most prophesied and contentious religious area on the planet. The area as you know is already a tinder box just waiting to explode and shows the vulnerability of future prophesied mega quakes in the area.

For instance, Isaiah warns of the complete destruction of Damascus during the end times. Damascus is already heavily damaged of course because of the civil war, however, not totally. O there massive quakes are prophesied for Jerusalem, maybe Egypt and more.

Luke 21 warned us of fearful events and great signs from heaven.

On the 27th of Feb, around 17:00 UTC, the solar wind hitting the Earth's magnetosphere was measured at 866km per second, (see graph below) this was the fastest recorded speed since October 2017 and caused dazzling auroras in the northern and southern hemispheres for three nights with the light-show as far south as northern France in Europe.

Since January 1st our sun has blasted off 5 massive X-Class flares, luckily our planet has not been damaged yet, but is only a matter of time before our sun scores a direct hit with a very powerful Coronal Mass Ejection or solar flare.

Back in late January, the massive Sunspot AR3190, the biggest sunspot in years and visible to the naked eye failed to deliver, which is maybe a good thing. The impressive sunspot, more than 4 times larger than the earth did not eject the massive X-Class solar flare many astronomers were hoping for. 

We keep getting lucky, but we won't always be lucky. . .

A Near Miss: A sign from Heaven... 2012 the year the world was supposed to end almost did!

If an asteroid big enough to knock modern civilisation back to the MIDDLE AGES appeared out of deep space and buzzed the Earth-Moon system, the near-miss would be instant worldwide headline news. Ten years ago, Earth experienced a close shave just as perilous, but most newspapers and the tv media didn't mention it. The "impactor" was an extreme solar storm, the most powerful in as much as 150+ years. "If it had hit, we would still be picking up the pieces," says Daniel Baker of the University of Colorado.

The powerful coronal mass ejection (CME) tore through Earth's orbit on July 23, 2012. Fortunately, Earth wasn't there. Instead, the storm cloud hit the STEREO-A spacecraft. "I have come away from our recent studies more convinced than ever that Earth and its inhabitants were incredibly fortunate that the 2012 eruption happened when it did," says Baker. "If the eruption had occurred only one week earlier, Earth would have been in the line of fire and would have suffered "insurmountable damage to its electronic infrastructure."

Extreme solar storms pose a threat to all forms of high technology. They begin with an explosion--a "solar flare"—in the magnetic canopy of a sunspot. X-rays and extreme UV radiation reach Earth at light speed, ionizing the upper layers of our atmosphere; side-effects of this "solar EMP" include radio blackouts and GPS navigation errors. Minutes to hours later, the energetic particles arrive. Moving only slightly slower than light itself, electrons and protons accelerated by the blast can electrify satellites and damage their electronics. Then come the CMEs, billion-ton clouds of magnetized plasma that take a day or more to cross the Sun-Earth divide. Analysts believe that a direct hit by an extreme CME such as the one that missed Earth in July 2012 could cause widespread power blackouts, disabling everything that plugs into a wall socket. To make matters worse, geologists have been expressing concerns about the magnetic field that shields Earth from deadly solar radiation. In 2019, when the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration was forced to update its World Magnetic Model a year early after finding that the magnetic north pole was rapidly moving out of the Canadian Arctic and toward Siberia.

The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration is tracking an immense, growing, and slowly splitting "dent" in the Earth's Magnetic field. The area, known as the South Atlantic Anomaly, is situated in the southern hemisphere between South America and the southern Atlantic Ocean off the coast of southwestern Africa. According to recent NASA monitoring and modelling, the area is expanding westward and becoming weaker and expected to completely split into two separate cells, each spanning thousands of kilometres across, very soon. Full story

A coronal mass ejection mentioned in the Bible?

In Revelation 8:7 John appears to describe a coronal mass ejection; The first angel sounded and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up. 

If a massive coronal mass ejection happened today like the one in 2012 facing the Earth, within 30 minutes, the flares would reach Earth’s magnetosphere and trigger a geomagnetic storm. According to Brent Miller the religious academic, Plasma leaving the sun would be 2 million deg F, and by the time the ejection reached Earth, the plasma would be liquid fire at 6,000 deg F. The plasma would cause a pressure wave which would push through the outer atmosphere which is minus 150 deg F into the stratosphere freezing all the water crystals into ice causing ice and hale, the heat would follow causing hundreds of aeroplanes in the air at the time to crash. The heat would then continue to burn the part of the Earth's vegetation, (hail and fire mingled with blood).

Famines and pestilences in various places. . .

As the world suffers price hikes, inflation and food shortages and the steam-rolling power of climate change which is destroying agriculture, livestock and our oceans, famines, unfortunately, are becoming widespread, not just in poor nations but food insecurity is affecting just about every nation on earth these days, and we are told it will inevitably become worse.

Pestilence. . . 

In recent days, select U.S. government agencies have claimed, behind the shadow of classified reports, that they now believe a lab leak is to blame for the recent deadly Covid-19 outbreak. Avian flu is said to have mutated and killed a young girl and made her father sick in Cambodia, if the bird flu does manage to mutate, well it could spell disaster for our civilisation. African Swine Flu is another dark monster hiding in the wings.

Wars and rumours of wars. . .

The one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine is showing no sign of coming to end anytime soon, worse still, China is said to be siding with Russia. Iran's dystopian regime is on the verge of producing nuclear weapons and is also siding up with Russia.
