We could be watching a major event! The tremors are acting like the Great 9.0 Honshu quake in Japan in 2011.

Here is the sixth major quake to rattle Southeast of the Loyalty Islands this afternoon. Another magnitude  6.1 rocks the Loyalty Islands along with 12 aftershocks in the mag 5 range and 3 magnitude 6+'ers before a massive mag 7.5 strikes causing tsunami warnings for Calidonia, Fij North Australia and New Zealand.
