As Tropical Storm Philippe moves away from Florida threatening the Bahamas with damaging wind and rain as Philippe is expected to provide an injection of moisture to an East Coast storm system early next week.
Tropical storm warnings are still in place for parts of Cuba and the Bahamas.
Philippe is likely to strengthen Sunday with help from the jet stream as the higher winds push Phillipe northwest parallel along the East Coast of the US, according to the Weather Channell.
